To organise all the holidays every year, Harvest Trust works in partnership with schools and a wide range of community and child care organisations from all parts of England and Wales. Each of these organisations selects twelve children from their area who are most in need of a Harvest Trust holiday.

We call these organisations Holiday Partners.

As well as selecting the children, each Holiday Partner organisation provides three adult workers to accompany the children on the holiday, and the food for the week, which usually costs around £300 in total.

Harvest Trust provides minibus transport from the group’s home town and throughout the holiday, accommodation at the Holiday Centre, and covers the cost of all admissions and even ice creams!

Sometimes, if the partnership works well, we work with Holiday Partners for a number of consecutive years.

This gives them the chance to select more children from their area for a Harvest Trust holiday.
