'Just to let you know that when I went into work today I was approached by a social worker who has been working with Hayley since she was three years old. As you know, Hayley is an elective mute and had always refused to speak to her. When Hayley came back from the Harvest Trust holiday her social worker could not believe the change in her. She was confident, spoke to her and did not stop going on and on about the holiday. The social worker said she did not know how to put into words how dramatic the change had been for Hayley. 'We had a great time with you. The house was brilliant especially the playroom. At the sea was the best because we played frisbee and lots more.
